Cascade Ammunition Terms of Sale

TERMS
You must be at least 21 years of age to buy ammunition. NO FFL is required for ammunition. Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card are accepted with no surcharge penalty. Personal checks and money orders also accepted. Prices subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING
We ship UPS  with delivery direct to you! No PO Box #'s for shipping address. UPS  is our primary carrier however for large orders one of a variety of trucking lines can be used. Deliveries can be made to street addresses only. No P.O. Box drops. Deliveries will be made within 14 buisiness days.
MISCELLANEOUS
Placing an order implies consent with all the terms and that there are no local/state/or federal laws prohibiting you from placing such an order. Cascade Ammunition is not obligated to honor misprinted or incorrectly quoted prices. Orders can not be canceled by Cascade Ammunition without notice. 

 

CHANGE/REFUND POLICY 
For a prompt exchanged/refund, please keep your invoice. If it is necessary to return merchandise you must call for instructions. Merchandise returned will be processed at our convenience. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt. Please include a letter of explanation and a copy of the invoice with your return. UPS call tags are available for a small fee. All refusals will be charged a minimum $20.00 fee to cover shipping losses and restocking.
